In 1938, Jean Cananzi was a mason. He left Italy to settle in Tunisia. He started a small masonry business that quickly became successful. In 1957, Jean decided to move to the south as well. He founded the Jean Cananzi Company, a construction company.
In 1972, the real estate development component of the company was created under the Jenzi brand. With more than 40 years of existence, Jenzi now enjoys a reputation for excellence in the quality of its constructions and for personalized support in line with the expectations of each of its customers.
Delta real estate agency was created in 1974. She mainly sells Jenzi promotions but also puts her professionalism and skills at the service of buying, selling, renting and managing other real estate properties in complete safety and under the best conditions.
In 1981, an essential turning point occurred when her sons Joseph and Dominique developed her by creating a new structure called Senec, which was based on the mastery of modern construction techniques while keeping an ancestral know-how. Today, Senec is inseparable from the economic life of the Var. In 69 years of diversified construction sites, a family and independent corporate culture strongly rooted in values has been forged.
