In new real estate, no renovation work is to be expected and notary fees are lower than in the old one.
Budget: price of the property + notary fees. Notary fees: 2 to 3% of the amount of the new housing. Estimate your ability to repay taking into account your income (monthly repayments must be at most equal to 33% of net taxable income). Choose the best credit offer by ensuring competition between banks and financial institutions. Define your rights: tax benefits in real estate, tax relief measures, zero-rated loans (PTZ and PTZ +).
CHOOSE A NEW HOME OR LAND TO BUILD

You have made the decision to buy a new home in the Var or a serviced building plot in one of Jenzi Promotion’s real estate programmes: a reservation contract has been signed. This preliminary contract includes: a description of the new real estate product, the sale price, the time frame for completion of the work and the expected date of signature of the final sale contract.
The 4 to 6 months following the signature of the booking contract and after obtaining your possible loan, you can sign the notarial deed of sale. If the property is acquired on plan, the contract of sale is in the future state of completion (VEFA).
